





The avocado is a common fruit that most people in Belize use in daily foods for consumption. It is a green fruit it has an oval shape and contains one large seed in the middle. It is mostly eaten raw because it has a little sweet taste after it has been eaten. The avocado has properties that is good for the body such as B Vitamin, Vitamin E and Vitamin K. It can be eaten with a big plate of food or with tortillas, however you want to eat it, it is guaranteed to satisfy.
